Tonight, Splash Mountain in Magic Kingdom broke down, causing riders to be evacuated.
An anonymous reader who was on the ride at the time let us know what happened and sent some photos of the experience. Here, you can see an empty boat inside the attraction.

It appeared that guests were being removed from the boats by Cast Members.
Our reader was near a scene featuring Brer Rabbit and Mr. Bluebird at the time of the evacuation.

Hey DFB! That picture is of my family getting towed! I have a video of the view from the boat as we were getting towed to a walkway. We weren’t allowed to take pictures behind the scenes, but it was actually a fun experience. We got a Fast Pass after we got off, and we chose to skip the 35 min line for Pirates! The whole experience made for a unique family vacation memory!
