It’s a beautiful day to visit Disney World, don’t you think?
We stopped into EPCOT yesterday to take a look at the alllll the latest news from this park! Here are all the latest updates in food, construction, and merchandise!
EPCOT Food Updates
We were strolling through Future World when we spotted that Cool Wash is open!
This is a great spot to cool off and grab a nice Coke slush, so we’re happy that it was an option!
Over at Weinkeller in Germany, we checked in on the Wine of the Week! It’s a 2016 Riesling Kabinett that you can snag for $8 for a 3oz pour or $28 for the bottle.
Remember, you can’t open the bottle in EPCOT, but you can enjoy it when you leave the park!
Mitsukoshi Department Store
In Japan’s Pavilion Mitsukoshi Department Store, we spotted some new-to-us candy with these Meltyblends!
We love being able to try international sweets around World Showcase.
EPCOT Construction Updates
The Soul of Jazz Exhibit
You may have heard the news that The Soul of Jazz Exhibit has opened in the American Adventure Pavilion. This collection takes guests through the history of jazz music!
Today, we saw that Charlie Parker’s saxophone has been added! Wow! That sax has some serious history!
As usual, we’re checking in on the new Chalk Art for the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. Check out this larger-than-life Soul piece.
Artist Leigh has added some new pieces inspired by Beauty and the Beast…
…the Mona Lisa…
…and a robot Mickey!
Aaaaand we got to see Leigh, hard at work on a new Frozen portrait!
Here’s the finished product!
Speaking of art, we spotted some Hobby Rockers over at World ShowPlace that are seriously cool.
The festival ends on February 22nd, so be sure to grab your favorite Disney art soon!
EPCOT Merchandise Updates
We’ve seen this Lunar New Year Lantern before but we’ve never seen it light up.
Check out the Mickey lights in the ears!
Over at La Signature in the France Pavilion, we saw that Guerlain was offering free personalization on your perfume bottles.
Keep in mind it has to be a flat bottle, not a rounded one.
La Bottega Italiana
The Gelato collection in the Italy Pavilion is on sale, so if you’re looking for some sweet new merch this might be the place to stop by.
Who doesn’t love Disney gelato?
Mission Space Cargo Bay
At Mission SPACE Cargo Bay we found this ADORABLE Big Feet Porg Plush for $26.99.
We’ve seen Donald and a few others before, but this guy is adorable!
Port of Entry
And finally, Port of Entry had the runDisney collection too including this runDisney Tank Top for $42.99.
That’s all that’s new in EPCOT today! As always, stay tuned to DFB for the latest updates from Disney World.
