Will You Be One of the 100 With This Disney World Souvenir?

One of our favorite spots to grab a drink in EPCOT (and all of Walt Disney World really) is La Cava del Tequila in the Mexico pavilion.

We’ve had all kinds of unique creations here. But, today La Cava is doing something extra special since it is National Margarita Day. Today, this spot is offering a specialty drink in a SUPER limited edition souvenir cup and we got to check them out!

La Cava’s specialty drink for National Margarita Day is made with Centinela Blanco Tequila, Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur, Fresh Lime Juice, and a Mixed Berry Bubble. AND the drink is served in a souvenir cup with the logo for La Cava on it.

The drink is also meant to have an LED Glowing Ice Cube. But, when we went, the bartender told us they didn’t have the glowing cubes for the drink.

We’ve seen quite a few drinks with that unique bubble placed on top lately, but we’re totally not tired of it yet. It makes for some epic photos.

Those Bubbles on Top Are So Cool

The bubble on top of this drink was more fragrance than flavor, at least from what we could tell with our experience today. It is very delicate and pops VERY easily though, so that’s something to keep in mind. Be extra careful moving this anywhere.

In terms of the drink itself, it was VERY good! We felt like the passion fruit flavor was pretty pronounced, but the drink wasn’t overly fruity at all. If you like margaritas that have a sweet side, but aren’t TOO sweet, this is a good option for you. It had a sweet note to it, but still had that La Cava kick!

Our one criticism of this drink? We felt like it needed ice. It was warm and we would have preferred that it be nice and cool.

But, overall, we still really enjoyed it. You can get the drink and souvenir cup for $19.17.

Hurry! National Margarita Day is Almost Over

The drink will be available today so you’ll want to go quickly to try it yourself. There are only 100 souvenir cups available though, so it’s VERY possible that they will run out. When we stopped by around 3PM ET they were still available, but they could sell out later so keep that in mind. Will you be one of the 100 lucky ones?
