If you’re looking for special holiday treats, then Disney World is the place to go!
We saw TONS of exclusive snacks during the Christmas season, and then the trend continued for New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, and St. Patrick’s Day. Each holiday seems to bring more eats that are as Instagrammable as they are delicious, and Easter is no exception! Today we stopped by Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and we encountered some of the prettiest ones we’ve seen yet!
At Gasparilla Island Grill, we found a whole table filled with treats for us to try!
It was difficult making a decision, but a few of these we’ve actually tasted in years past. In 2019, we tried the Mickey Whoopie Pie and the Blondie Carrot.
That year, we also picked up one of these MASSIVE Chocolate Easter Eggs. Spoiler alert, it’s filled with jelly beans!
But, there were still some other things that we were really excited about. The first is this incredibly fun Easter Carrot Cake Cupcake.
It’s topped with a cute little bunny butt — we simply couldn’t resist!
You can order this carrot cake cupcake for $5.99 and it comes filled with marshmallow filling, topped with green buttercream, and garnished with jelly beans, Easter sprinkles, and a white chocolate “bunny butt.” Sounds like a pretty solid cupcake, right?
All in all, this thing was super delicious! The carrot cake was moist with a little extra spice that added some depth. The marshmallow filling was a great choice, as it added another layer of flavor, but it didn’t compete with the carrot cake.
The garnishes make this cupcake perfectly Instagrammable, and the jelly beans actually help contribute to the overall variety of tastes. We still can’t get over how stinkin’ cute it is. There was really nothing wrong that we could find here, and the only people we think won’t enjoy this are those who hate carrot cake.
Our expectations for “cute” were set pretty high with the cupcake, but this mini cake takes it to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL. The Miniature Bunny Cake is $7.99 and it was worth every penny just to stare at it!
It’s a confetti cake covered with white vanilla frosting and decorated with colorful icing and fondant bunny ears. This cake has a face you can’t help but fall in love with.
We took pictures of this bunny cake like we were proud parents on the first day of school — there are a lot of them and we WILL be showing them to our family and friends. But, after we finally collected ourselves, we cut it open to see the inside!
It wasn’t quite as spectacular as the carrot cake cupcake, but it’s not really fair to compare the two. This one is a very classic and straightforward cake — great for those who like the simple things in life.
It was sweet, basic, “vanilla,” if you will. However, while it may not be original on the inside, we think it’s a slam dunk for looks alone!
If you want to try out either of these snacks or any of the others, head over to Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. In the meantime, stay tuned to DFB for all of your Disney snack news!

So in order to get these, do we need a Reservation at Gasparilla?
DFB Sarah says
KJ, Gasparilla Island Grill is Quick Service, so you’ve only to get to the Grand, and you can order them!

thank you. I knew it was QS but was figuring it was restricted unless you had some kind of reservation
