If you’re ready to get your run on, look no further! We recently learned how to train like Rapunzel and Tiana, now get ready to race like Lightning McQueen with this new Pixar-themed run training. Whether you’re training for a 5K or squeezing in a daily run, Disney’s got you covered.
Lace up those sneakers and grab your remote! AdventHealth, the new Official Medical Provider of runDisney, has made some movie movement recommendations. From warm ups to “going the distance,” there’s an option for all you runners!
AdventHealth suggests turning on a Pixar short for those quick pre-run warm-ups. One of our favs is “Lava” with a run-time of 8 minutes, it’s a perfect option! Warming up will have your muscles saying, “I lava you!”
For a quick run, try out some of the new Disney+ Pixar content like “Inside Pixar.” Pair a couple episodes together to hit that recommended 30 minutes. Play next episode, please!

Turn on “Soul” to build up your endurance with a 60+ minute run all while remembering the true beauties of life. Who knows, maybe you’ll find your spark on the treadmill! Oh, you’ve already cried your heart out to “Soul” 6 times? No worries, go for a classic like “A Bug’s Life!” Just imagine you’re next on Hopper’s list! Or don’t…because he’s probably more scared of you than you are of him…right?
