Happy Stitch Day, friends!
That’s right, in honor of Experiment 626, June 26th is known as “Stitch Day.” And there are several ways you can celebrate the mischievous space invader. We’ve seen a few Stitch-themed treats pop up around Disney World, including a frozen snack that’s VERY on-brand for this trouble-maker!
We found the latest Stitch Day treat at Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Meet the Stitch Cone!
The Stich Cone is made with blue vanilla ice cream, white chocolate ears, and “galactic” popping candy, served with a waffle cone. Pineapple Lanai also still has the Stitch Dome Cake that we tried a few days ago!
Even though the menu shows the treat served in a cone, ours was served in a cup with the cone stuck on the back.
And we’re sure glad it was because this baby melted FAST! As in, it was almost instantly running down our hands!
If you want to snag some pics of this treat for your Instagram feed, snap those shots quickly…and grab plenty of napkins!

Other than the messiness, we really enjoyed this dessert. It was pretty simple overall, so if you’re looking for more adventurous flavors, this one might not be for you. But the kiddos will probably love this snack, with its classic flavors and fun presentation!
The Stitch Cone is available for $5.79 at Pineapple Lanai this weekend only, so you’ll have to swing by soon if you want to try it!
We’ll be on the lookout for other Experiment 626 goodies around Disney World today, so stay tuned!
