Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebrations will officially kick off on October 1st, 2021.
Lots of things will be happening on that date — you’ll get to enjoy a new fireworks spectacular in Magic Kingdom, the new Harmonious fireworks will debut in EPCOT, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will open in EPCOT, and much more will be happing all throughout the parks. Park Passes for the dates around October 1st have been filling up, but now more have been added!
A big thanks to our reader Joe (@schreiberjoe on Instagram) for alerting us to this!
Just yesterday, this is what the Park Pass availability calendar looked like for Theme Park Tickets guests…
…and guests staying at select resort hotels.
You can see that October 1st and 2nd were already starting to fill up at select parks.
As for Annual Passholders, Park Passes were previously entirely full for October 1st and other dates were filling up.
But now things look different!! Both Theme Park Tickets guests…
…and guests staying at select resort hotels currently have FULL Park Pass availability for October 1st and 2nd, dates that previously had started to fill up.
When we checked on July 21st, Annual Passholders had full availability for October 1st and the rest of the month of October.
UPDATE:Â Things have changed again. As of when we checked on July 22nd, Park Pass reservations are full for Annual Passholders for Magic Kingdom and EPCOT on October 1st.
Of course, this is all subject to change again, so if you haven’t already gotten those Park Pass reservations for the 50th Anniversary, be sure to do so as soon as possible! And check back with us for more updates!
