Gideon’s Bakehouse, located in The Landing of Disney Springs, is known to Orlando locals and tourists alike for their nearly half pound cookies, cakes, and more, and today they posted on Instagram about an extremely limited treat they have for TODAY ONLY! So if you’re in the neighborhood and in the mood for some chocolate, you’ll want to see this.

On their Instagram stories, Gideon’s Bakehouse just posted that they’re serving (today only!) slices of Mexican Chocolate Cake in honor of Mexican Independence Day! Their Mexican Chocolate Cake is made with hand cut chunks of imported Mexican chocolate, and the icing is cinnamon, ancho, and cayenne buttercream.
