Disney World’s 50th anniversary will be here in just a little over 10 days!
We’ve seen the parks preparing by putting up signs, statues, a stage, and more. Along with the 50th anniversary comes a LOT of new merchandise, too! We’ve seen a sneak peek of some of the items, and the first collection has already been released, and now, another collection has made its debut in Disney World! The Celebration Collection was supposed to be released in Disney World in early October, but surprise, surprise — it’s here early!!
There are a ton of items in the collection, so if you’re planning on buying several things, you’ll obviously need something to carry your merchandise in, right? Well, say hello to the NEW 50th anniversary reusable bags! These bags come in 3 different sizes. The small bag is $2 and features Tinker Bell inside the number 50…

…as well as all of the 50th character statues on the back!

The medium bag is $2.50 and shows Cinderella Castle inside the 50…

…with Mickey and Minnie on the back.

And the large bag is $3 and shows several different iconic park attractions around the 50!

Love the design on the large bag the most, but I feel like I’d use the small and medium sizes more in a daily basis. Does anyone know if we’ll be able to get these without having to go to the parks? Maybe on shopdisney or something like that?
Kelly, I don’t know that the reusable bags will show up on ShopDisney. I see two reusable totes (that’s what Disney calls them) on ShopDisney, so it could happen. It can’t hurt to check once in a while, and if we see them, I’m sure we’ll report.
I hope that they are available online also, because single use plastic bags are becoming illegal where I live on Oct. 1st, and these Disney 50th bags would be great to have.
