Are YOU getting set for a Disney trip this week?
Well, we’re here to help! A BIG part of making sure your trip is easy and breezy is by making sure you pack for the weather. We’re not kidding when we say that Orlando weather is a fickle thing. From the precipitation to the temperatures, it can be hard to prepare! So, we’re diving into the weather conditions that you can expect on your trip to Disney World next week.
Weather Forecast
It’s still cooling down a little bit in Disney World! Last week, we welcomed a bit of a cold front after some rain — and it looks like those cooler temperatures might be sticking around!
But careful, that doesn’t mean your days won’t get toasty at times.
November 1st
Based on The Weather Channel, Monday, November 1st is expected to be a mild day (for Orlando anyway) with an 80-degree high and a 61-degree low. Those are some pretty perfect temperatures, but you might want to keep a jacket on you at night if you think a sunless 61° might get a little chilly.
With intervals of clouds and sunshine and a low 6 to 7% chance of rain, this just might be a GORGEOUS Disney day.
November 2nd
On Tuesday, November 2nd, you’ll see that weather scoot up a few degrees for the high and the low. You might want to bring an extra layer most days this week. While you might be comfy at noon in that 82-degree weather, things could be a little chilly in the morning and the night.
The rain chance stays relatively low for much of next week, but that doesn’t mean we’ll escape rain completely. Spoiler alert! We could end the week with some watery weather.
November 3rd
When we reach Wednesday, November 3rd, we’ll see anotjer rainless day and those temperatures should stabilize at around the same spot as they were the day before.
That low is gonna get a degree higher too. Keep in mind that we’ve got higher humidity here in Florida. That can make the weather feel a few degrees warmer or colder than it actually is (usually whichever is less comfortable 😂).
November 4th
On Thursday, November 4th, the high warms up just a few degrees to the hottest of the whole week — as does the low. It’s wild to think our max temperature next week is in the low 80s!
It’s really cooling off and the days are getting shorter too! Expect sunrise around 7:40AM and sunset around 6:40PM.
November 5th
For Friday, November 5th, the weather sticks around that low-80s high and 60s low. And guess what? The week is going to get even cooler. Could we finally be feeling those fall temperatures?
During the day it will be sunny and still a very slim chance of rain. Winds will be light so the breeze shouldn’t be enough to get you down.
November 6th
We pop down into the 70s on Saturday, November 6th! You’ll probably feel pretty warm during the day but don’t skip bringing an extra layer!
We could see rain showers in the evening. Plus, that low is pretty low at 61 degrees. Pro trip! Bring an insulated rain jacket and let your rain layer DOUBLE as your warmth layer!
November 7th
Saturday, November 7th is mostly the same as the day before but with a higher chance of rain during the day. Listen, you might no believe us, but 76 degrees can be chilly when you’re dealing with a shower too!
And our evening temperatures are going to be 59 degrees! Whew, more cool nights! We love packing a scarf to be prepared for when those temperatures drop.
Overview of the Week
Here is a full overview of the week according to The Weather Channel. You’ll spot relatively consistent temperatures throughout the week. It looks like the most likely days for rain are Saturday and Sunday. Keep in mind though, Florida likes to hit us with those rainy curveballs!
Other websites like Click Orlando News 6…
…and WESH 2 News have similar forecasts throughout the week.
Remember, meteorologists aren’t perfect and the weather, especially in Florida, is ever-changing! These days could look VERY different from these forecasts so you’ll want to keep checking as your packing.
How Should You Plan?
If you are headed to Disney World next week, we’ve got a few tips on how to plan for the weather!
Layer, Layer, Layer!
Our BIGGEST tip for the cooler seasons in Disney World is to bring LAYERS. Seriously, you can be overheating at 3PM and shivering at 6PM. Change happens FAST. So, bring a light jacket and a warm hat or scarf to be prepped for anything.
If you do find yourself in the parks unprepared for the chill, head on to the nearest merchandise store. Disney is stocked with warm items like pullovers and jackets just in case guests forget anything. You might drop a prettier penny than you would have liked, but at least you’ll be cozy!

Bring That Sun Protection!
Just because we’re seeing cooler temps, doesn’t mean that you don’t need to worry about the sun. You’ll want to bring sunglasses or a hat, and PLENTY of sunscreen. We’re WAY more comfortable in the parks year-round when we have a cute and functional pair of sunnies on our faces.
And nope, cold temps DON’T mean your skin is safe from those UV rays! Lather up and lather up your kiddos. We want our readers to be healthy and sunburn-free!
