Disney World is full of hidden Mickeys!
Some of them are pretty obvious, while others you reallllly have to look for. Others, you won’t notice unless they’re pointed out to you, like the one on Splash Mountain. You can find hidden Mickeys in both the hotels and the parks, and even go on scavenger hunts to look for them. You may think you know where all of the hidden Mickeys are in Disney World, but we know about one that most people don’t notice!
Over in Animal Kingdom, there’s a really fun hidden Mickey that you pretty much have to know about to spot. Inside Discovery Trading Company, there’s a painting of the Tree of Life located in the Footprints Room above the door.
The actual Tree of Life has hundreds of animals carved into it, but this painting includes an additional famous mouse! Do you think you can spot Mickey?

Look very carefully…do you see him? He’s pretty hard to find, but once you do find him, he can’t be unseen!
There he is! Right above the waterfall, lurking in the shadows. Honestly, Mickey looks a bit creepy compared to the rest of the picture!
So, now you have a super fun detail you can point out to your friends and family on your next Animal Kingdom trip. We’ll be on the lookout for other fun hidden Mickeys, so stay tuned to DFB for more!
