Sometimes we get carried away with the flashy, weird treats in Disney World. When we see an “it’s a small world” cupcake piled high with icing, our curiosity practically FORCES us to try it! We hear about frozen guacamole and can’t HELP but give it a try — it’s human nature! But the truth is, those plain, basic Disney treats can be just as good as those wacky Disney snacks. Phew, it feels good to get that off our chest.

When we heard that a popular little food and beverage location in Disney World was celebrating a big anniversary, we had a feeling that we’d see a special treat to go along with the celebration. Let’s take a look!

Joffrey’s Coffee has been impressing us a LOT lately! Between the fun character drink upgrades and creative coffee sleeve designs, these guys are giving Starbucks a serious run for their money. Well, it turns out that today, March 7th, is Joffrey’s Revive’s 5th birthday! (That’s the Joffrey’s in Tomorrowland!)

Everyone gather round, it’s time to say “Happy 5th Birthday” to Joffrey’s Revive! To celebrate the big day, guests can try a Birthday Donut at Joffrey’s Revive in the Magic Kingdom. You better hurry, though; just like our birthday cupcakes tend to disappear by the next day, this donut is only available on March 7th, 2022.

The Birthday Donut is a pretty universally-friendly donut. It’s a vanilla donut with vanilla icing, sprinkles, and chocolate pearls. We’ve seen a LOT of donuts in Disney World, but this one deserves a spot in our list of best-decorated!

In terms of flavor, our donut was nice and chewy, yet a little flaky at the same time. It’s pretty plain, making it a great option for people looking for a classic, no-fuss donut. If you’re in Tomorrowland with a friend, the Birthday Donut is easily big enough to share. Overall, this is a sweet, simple little donut (that photographs well for our Instagram-lovers) that celebrates Joffrey’s in a fun way!
