Disney World’s big 50th Anniversary Celebration has been going on for about 8 months now, and it’s not even close to being over yet! So far we’ve seen some over-the-top (and delicious) snacks, TWO new fireworks shows, exclusive merchandise, and MORE released for the iconic 18-month celebration.
And, depending on how you get to Disney World, you might be celebrating Disney World’s 50th anniversary BEFORE you even set foot in Florida! For example, Southwest has an ENTIRE PLANE that is decked out for the party featuring EARidescent details and Disney characters both inside and out. And, now another airline has a special offering!
According to Air Canada, guests waiting to board their flight to the United States from Toronto Pearson International Airport can now check out the Walt Disney World Resort 50th Anniversary-themed kids’ room!
The room is located in the Maple Leaf Lounge in Terminal 1, Level 4 Node F, and features several larger-than-life photo ops, Disney-themed activities, and more for the kiddos!
Plus, in addition to the immersive room that you can find in the airport, travelers flying with Air Canada can redeem their Aeroplan points for Disney merchandise purchased through the Aeroplan eStore or use it to pay for a portion of future Disney vacations with Disney Gift Cards starting at $100 CAD.
So, if you’ll be traveling through the Toronto Pearson International Airport soon, be sure to stop by this fun new room! And, stay tuned to DFB for more of the latest Disney news and updates!
