An experience many have been eagerly waiting for is finally returning to Disney World this summer!
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is a dinner musical show located at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. It features music, performances, audience participation, and, of course, tons of FOOD! Reservations for Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue just opened, with the experience officially returning on June 23rd.
Now, Disney has shared some updates that have been made to the show and experience ahead of its opening next month. When it reopens, it will have some new lighting and audio along with some changes to the script and scenery.
The stage lighting has been upgraded to LED lights, a choice made to improve the environmental impact of the show, and the audio has been improved to have better sound quality. According to David Moore, a stage manager for the show, each change that is being made is to improve the overall experience for the guests.
“We had the unique opportunity to really look at this show and take it to the next level for everyone involved,” Moore said.
We’ll be at the opening night of the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue on June 23rd, so make sure to stay tuned to DFB for more Disney World news, as well as our updated review on the show!
