There’s no reason to sugarcoat it: a trip to Disney World can be EXPENSIVE.Â
From the price of your ticket, to food and souvenirs, there are lots of things to consider when pricing out your Disney vacation. Luckily, there are a few ways you can save money. Disney World occasionally offers discounts on hotel rooms, and if you head to Disney in the off-season, you could even save on your park tickets, too!
Let’s take a look at some of the cheapest days in 2022 to visit Disney World. As a disclaimer before we begin, these prices are based off a one-day, single park ticket with no add-ons. Adding the park hopper option or increasing the number of days on the ticket will change the price.
August
Single-day Disney World tickets start at $109 per ticket. Tickets are generally not going to be this low in the height of summer when families are taking vacations, but towards the end of summer and into fall, you’ll start to see some days at this price point.
From August 22nd-25th and from August 29th-31st, you can get your Disney World park ticket for $109! This is up to $35 cheaper than ticket prices on other days in August. Tickets are likely cheaper on these days because not only is it the end of summer, but these are weekdays, as well. On average, weekdays tend to be cheaper than weekends in Disney World in terms of ticket prices.
September
Getting into September, you’ll see more days with lower ticket prices. On September 1st, as well as from September 6th-September 8th, tickets are $109.
Tickets are also $109 from September 12th-15th, the 19th-22nd, and the 26th-28th. September 28th is the last day ticket prices are as low as $109 for the reminder of 2022.
Other Cheaper Days
There may not be very many days left in 2022 where tickets are priced at $109, there are some cheaper days left in the year.
- $126 for a one-day, single-park ticket on August 26th, September 2nd, September 5th, September 9th, and September 29th
- $129 for a one-day, single-park ticket on May 31st, June 1st-June 7th, June 9th-June 18th, July 6th-July 17th, and July 24th-July 28thÂ
Every other day for the rest of the year, tickets are priced at $134 or higher with the most expensive days coming at the end of the year around the holidays. The most expensive ticket price this year is $159. We have an entire post on the most expensive days for 2022 as well.
