Disney fans rejoiced as the theme parks began their phased reopenings, which many assumed would lead to “normal” operations within the following months.

With Disney World beginning their phased reopening back in July of 2020 — it’s been over two years of phasing back into full operations, but some things are still missing, like a handful of table service restaurants in EPCOT. But now, Disney just announced the reopening date for one EPCOT dining spot, and it’s SOON!

Disney just announced the reopening date of Monsieur Paul in EPCOT’s France Pavilion! The fancy French restaurant will return on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022. Reservations are not available yet, but we’ll let you know when they are!

And, that’s not all — Monsiuer Paul Restaurant will also be reopening with a BRAND NEW prix fix menu: The Gastronomic Meal of The French, according to and Instagram post from L’Artisan des Glaces, another spot in the France Pavilion. The post says this menu is one of which people devote themselves to the art of “eating and drinking well” and that “the gastronomic meal of the French was inscribed on the representative list of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity in 2010.”

As you may remember, we previously told you about the removal of all a la carte menu items from Monsieur Paul, but we can expect to see the new menu soon, since the restaurant reopening date is so close.
