If you’re interested in giving back to a good cause this holiday season, Disney is making it REALLY easy for you!
The Disney Ultimate Toy Drive works with the Marine Toys for Tots program to provide toys to millions of families in need during the holidays, and now you can make a donation to support this cause!
Disney has been working with the Marine Toys for Toys program since 1947, and you may be surprised to learn that Disney animators designed the Toys for Tots logo, which is still used today! The tradition is back this year from now through December 24th, 2022, and Disney makes it REALLY easy for you to donate a toy.
If you visit shopDisney, you can choose from several pre-selected toys that Disney will donate for you, no shipping necessary on your part.
All you have to do is click “add donation to bag” and finalize your purchase and Disney will ship the toy directly to Toys for Tots. You do still have to enter your shipping address for tax purposes, but you don’t have to worry about transporting the toy yourself.
If you’d prefer to donate a toy in person, you can visit Disney Stores, Disney Springs in Disney World, and Downtown Disney in Disneyland Resort to donate a new, unwrapped toy in person by December 12th, 2022. Last year, there were donation bins in these locations, so you might want to keep your eyes peeled for the same this year!
If you choose to donate a toy online, you have until December 24th, 2022 to place your order.
