Review: Soul Petit Cake and Peter Pan Petit Cake at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney World

We want to show you the quickest way to immediately feel fancy in Disney World.

Just head on over to Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs and grab yourself one of their lovely little cakes!

Amorette’s has added two new cakes to their menu, and if they taste half as good as they look we are in for a treat. First off, we have their Celebrate Soulfully item, which is aptly named the Soul Petit Cake! This is a chocolate chiffon cake with dark chocolate mousse, raspberry pate de fruit, raspberry mousse, and white chocolate crisp pearls. You can get yours for $22.

The design was inspired by the Disney Pixar film Soul, with music notes dancing around this cake and abstract piano keys on the top. Joe Gardner’s smiling face greets you from the top, surrounded by vibrant yellow fondant.

The other new treat takes its inspiration from a much older Disney movie. The Peter Pan Petit is made of a pixie dust chiffon cake with Earl Grey milk syrup, Earl Grey mousse, and a lemon curd. This cake is also $22.

How beautiful is that design? Peter and the Darling children are flying through the night sky to Neverland, complete with fluffy white clouds! We’re always amazed at the new designs they come up with.

Both cakes look very pretty, but $22 is pretty hefty for a small portion of cake. However, they’re bound to look great on your social media, and maybe you’re looking for a fancy treat to celebrate a special occasion!
