Alright, Star Wars fans, we’ve got VERY exciting news for you!

Years ago, Disney announced that an Ashoka TV series would be coming to Disney+, but it wasn’t until last year that we got a sneak peek at the series. Now, Disney has finally released a trailer AND release date for the new series!
This is VERY fun news that we know many Disney fans are thrilled about. The trailer is our first REALLY good look at the show, and if you’re a Star Wars: Rebels fan, be prepared to see some very familiar faces.
The new trailer features Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano, along with a first look at Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla. You’ll even catch a peek at Chopper and Thrawn in the teaser!

But wait, because we also got a release date for Ahsoka! The series will premiere on Disney+ in August, 2023.
The trailer was released at this year’s Star Wars Celebration Europe, along with a lot of other BIG Star Wars news, including three NEW Star Wars movies, including one that will bring Daisy Ridley back as Rey.
