For Disney fans who love to shop, collect souvenirs, and look for gifts, you’ll want to be sure to check out the Disney Character Warehouses near Walt Disney World. THIS is how you get Disney merchandise for CHEAP! But, can you do so, online? Read on to find out!
Whether you are local to Central Florida or planning a trip to Orlando, don’t forget to stop by this merchandise location! Disney trips are expensive and this is a great way to save while visiting Orlando and the theme parks.
So, what is Disney Character Warehouse?
Disney Character Warehouse is a Disney retail chain featuring official character toys, clothes, collectibles, and more at outlet prices.
In fact, Disney Parks (not DisneyStore) operates these locations as liquidation stores for Disney Parks & Resorts merchandise – from Aulani to Walt Disney World to Disney Cruise Line to Disneyland – it’s all shipped to Florida, where you can find a vast array of Disney Parks items at the Character Warehouse locations.
The items for sale include overstock and past-season merchandise from Walt Disney World. For instance, you’ll find past EPCOT Festival items and past holiday goods as well. Even when a Disney item seems to have gone away, you might see it pop up at an outlet, so always keep those eyes open!
What kind of merchandise is sold?
You’ll find official Disney merchandise including Disney Dooney & Bourke purses, Loungefly Backpacks, Mouse Ears, apparel, pins, mugs, phone cases, kitchen accessories, toys, Disney plush, key chains, jewelry, and more.
Typically, we’ve seen merchandise at 50-80% off!
Most importantly, if you are local, you’ll want to stop back now and then as the stock changes often.

Since this outlet is run by the Disney Parks and not shopDisney, it does not have a website for online shopping.
However, we think a visit is well worth your time.

There’s one in South Florida at the Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise, if anyone is in town visiting that area and CAN’T make it up to Orlando!! I tend to go there every so often to see if I had missed anything from the months I didn’t visit WDW or if there was something cool from one of the other parks I can’t afford to visit!
