FULL LIST of Rides That Are Open for Extended Evening Hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom

Guests at Disney World resorts (as well as some of Disney’s Good Neighbor hotels) get access to some pretty cool perks.

Those perks include free transportation to and from the parks and Disney Springs, as well as Early Theme Park Entry. There’s also Extended Evening Hours, which is available to guests staying at Deluxe hotels. This perk lets you stay in the park for a few hours AFTER it closes to the public. We recently discovered that Disney’s Animal Kingdom will soon be offering Extended Evening Hours, and now we have even more details about what rides will be open.

According to Disney’s calendar, Extended Evening hours at Disney’s Animal Kingdom are available on November 8th, November 22nd, December 4th, and December 28th from 7PM to 9PM. Disney may update those dates and add more in the future.

Note that guests will need to have a valid park ticket and a park pass reservation for the same park on the same day to experience Extended Evening Hours. However, guests with a ticket or Annual Pass with the Park Hopper option don’t need an Animal Kingdom park reservation — they will only need to enter the park they made their reservation for but can then hop over to Animal Kingdom for Extended Evening Hours later.

So mark your calendars if you’re eligible for those Extended Evening Hours. Most rides will have shorter wait times during these extra hours, so it’s a good opportunity to visit Animal Kingdom when the crowds are at their lowest.
