Having a Disney Visa comes with some pretty sweet perks! We’ve talked about the special dining and merchandise discounts before, but did you know that there are some special experiences and events available for those with a Disney Visa card?

Disney doesn’t advertise these experiences very loudly, so it’s easy to walk right past some FREE events without even knowing that they’re available! Next time you go to Disney World, be sure to check out these exclusive experiences!
First of all, Visa cardholders are part of a LUCKY group with exclusive access to a Star Wars Character Experience in Disney’s Hollywood Studios! If you have a Disney Visa card, you can visit the Star Wars Character Experience at the private Cardmember location in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. You’ll even receive FREE downloads of your photos!

The meet-and-greet runs daily from 11:00AM to 4PM, so keep an eye on the time so you don’t miss out! To enter the experience, make sure to bring your Disney Visa Card or have some kind of proof that you own one. As you can see, the sign is pretty small, so this is easy to miss inside Star Wars Launch Bay!
Disney Visa Cardmember Exclusive Character Experience
Disney doesn’t technically guarantee which character you will meet, but in our experience, you can typically find Darth Vader at this location. This is one of the few remaining locations where Vader hangs out!
He’s pretty scary, right?!
You can also find a different Visa Cardmember exclusive experience in EPCOT — and this one is arguably even LESS well-known. The Disney Visa Character Experience is over near Journey Into Imagination with Figment.

The characters you can meet here are a mystery, so you never know who you might see! During the 50th Anniversary, we met Mickey, Goofy, Minnie, and Pluto in their 50th outfits.

OK, so this next perk is technically open to everyone, but you can get an exclusive cardmember discount on Disney tours with your Visa card! Disney offers 15% off select guided tours in Disney World when you use your Disney Visa Card. To get the discount, make sure to book those reservations online or via the My Disney Experience app.
