When you think of Disney World, chances are a particular smell is the best thing that will trigger the first memory from your last trip.

Animal Kingdom
There’s probably at least one scent that you’ve smelled while in the parks that will take you back to a particular memory. While you can’t bring Disney World back home with you, maybe the next best thing would be to bring back its smells with you. That’s probably why Disney-scented candles are so popular! And we just found one place in Disney World where you can get them at a DISCOUNT!
On a recent visit to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we spotted a Bowes Signature Candles kiosk on Discovery Island, right across from Flame Tree Barbecue.

Candles
We’ve seen this spot open and selling candles before, but it’s not always here, so we were excited to see it return!

Bowes Signature Candles has partnered with Disney for years to bring you distinct smells from around the parks, hotels, and rides that you just can’t get anywhere else. And, as we spotted on this particular trip, from time to time they also release a few seasonal scents, too!

Bowes seasonal candle
This one smelled just like the H2O products that have been offered in all of the Disney World hotels.

Just like the H2O products
Bowes also has a store open in Disney Springs, but there’s one very good reason why some people should shop at the kiosk in Animal Kingdom if it’s open instead: The Annual Passholder and DVC discounts can ONLY be used at the location in the park and NOT at Disney Springs.

So although the big candles are actually CHEAPER in Disney Springs ($23 as opposed to $25 in the parks), with the Annual Passholder 20% off merchandise discount, you could get them for $20 instead!

Candles
Both locations — in Animal Kingdom and at Disney Springs — offer a “make your own candle” experience, too!

For $30, you can create your own customized fragrance.
