The fan club has things like exclusive access to certain events, merchandise, and sneak peeks, as well as giveaways. And, in honor of the anniversary, D23 has announced new ways that current members can be celebrated!
In honor of its 15th anniversary, D23: The Official Disney Fan Club will be observing Member Appreciation Month throughout March. This special month will feature exclusive offers, delightful downloads highlighting beloved fandoms from The Walt Disney Company, and an enchanting sweepstakes. D23 Gold Members can proudly display their fandom by indulging in brand-new exclusive merchandise adorned with beloved characters. Stay tuned for announcements and details on Member Appreciation Month, and we’re gonna share it all right here!

Gold Member Gift Set
To honor the timeless tales that embody the classic enchantment of Disney, the D23 Magic & Mystery Box Collector Set is a celebration reminiscent of bygone magician kits. This extraordinary collection features a Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey Mouse collectible figurine, a mystery companion collectible figurine, a deck of playing cards, and a pair of exquisitely sculpted mystery pins. Additionally, it includes a Membership Card and Certificate, exclusively available to all new and renewing D23 Gold Members in 2024! There are new in-person and virtual events coming over the next few months, too! Here’s everything you can look forward to:
- D23 15th Anniversary Celebration at Disney Springs: Take a trip down memory lane… or lanes, better yet! It’s time to strike a pose and mingle with fellow D23 Gold Members as you bowl, eat, and play the evening away. Snack and sip as you participate in inspired photo opportunities and arcade games at this bodacious bowlers’ bash.
- D23 Down in New Orleans – Celebrating 15 Years of The Princess and the Frog: Â Celebrate this modern classic in the heart of the Big Easy.
- D23 Official Tour of Walt Disney Studios: Join your VIP tour host on a stroll through the original Animation Building, where beloved animated films—including Cinderella, Lady and the Tramp, and The Jungle Book—were created.
- D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event presented by Visa returns August 9, 10, and 11. Tickets go on sale on March 26th.
- Other D23 Signature Events: All year long, D23 Members can anticipate a series of exclusive events, including sneak peeks of forthcoming traveling exhibitions worldwide presented by the Walt Disney Archives. Members will have the privilege of attending advance and opening night screenings of the newest Disney movies at various locations throughout the country. Exclusive merchandise stores reserved for employees, such as The Walt Disney Company Store and Walt Disney Imagineering’s Mickey’s of Glendale, will extend their offerings to members, providing online and in-person opportunities to explore and acquire unique items.

I’m a member but not a gold member. Do I have time to join before this is shipped out and still be able to get it?
I wish they could offer special content for those outwith the US that can’t make in person events or benefit from % off US Disney store due to prohibitive shipping costs. Bad enough they closed all but one U.K. Disney store but just feels like Disney disnae care about it’s fans in the U.K. and other countries all that much.
