Change is inevitable… We know this. However, we weren’t quite expecting this change THIS fast.
EPCOT is known for making changes to their menus, especially for all of the different festivals that occur throughout the year! However, these changes can also occur at the restaurants that are available year-round. We’re at Disney World every single day (YES, really!) and we always make sure to check on our favorite restaurants’ menus while we’re there. We recently noticed a BIG menu change.
There are some booths at EPCOT that we just expect to have classic menu items. You know — items that return year after year for a certain festival that we just fully EXPECT to come back the next year. As EPCOT is gearing up for the 2024 Flower and Garden Festival, we noticed a change that SHOCKED us about a certain menu.
EPCOT
Each year, we expect kebabs to be on the menu at Tangierine Cafe. It’s just a way of life. These are juicy, grilled kebabs stacked with veggies and typically served with a sort of aoili sauce. They’re a delicious basic menu item of the Flower and Garden Festival in the Morocco Pavilion. Except… they’re not on the menu this year.

This is the first time in years that kebabs have been taken off the menu for the upcoming Flower & Garden Festival! So, excuse us if we’re a little shocked. However, we’re a bit excited for something new to take its place!

This year’s Tangierine Cafe menu is as follows:
- Mediterranean Flatbread with chermoula, roasted vegetables, artichoke, olives, feta cheese (New)
- Orange Blossom-Saffron Cake
And we’re shocked but really interested to try the new items and returning favorites! We’ll keep you updated on all the Flower & Garden news as it comes!

The kebabs are still on the menu. It is listed under flower and garden menu on the disney site. It’s just that the kebabs are part of the standard menu all the time. Not part of the festival special because they always have them.
