Disney Springs is home to MANY wonderful restaurants, it’s often hard to decide where you’d like to eat!
We have our favorites, but we’re also dedicated to finding new favorites, because there are new additions all the time and we want to be able to recommend to you what’s worth your time and money and what may not be! Recently, we headed over to Cookes of Dublin to see what caught our eye on the menu — we had no way of knowing we’d find one of our new FAVORITE snacks in all of Disney Springs!
We grabbed the Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Loaded Chips fort $14.99, which is made with Crispy Chicken, Grilled Peppers and Onions, Chips (French Fries), and Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Sauce.
What we really adored about these was how all the flavors blended together! The sweet ‘n’ spicy sauce was a HUGE win in our book, and we loved how the flavor of the onions and peppers were spread throughout the whole dish, even if you weren’t actively eating one of the two.
We also loved how crispy the chicken was and the crunch it brought to the dish, as well as the thickness of the chips (fries). It was so good, we ate the ENTIRE dish and were even scraping the paper it came in (we’re not holding anything back, it was THAT good). So the next time you’re looking for a hearty, comforting dish and don’t want to get a reservation anywhere, this is the place to come and the dish to try!
