The Refreshment Outpost in EPCOT is sometimes a strange spot during the park’s Festivals, and this year is no exception.
If you’re really hungry when you hit this midway point in EPCOT, you might want to keep walking this year — the menu isn’t boasting much to munch on! We’re live at the 2025 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. Let’s head over to the Refreshment Outpost and see what’s on the menu this time.
Menu
Over at the Refreshment Outpost, the only food item for the Festival of the Arts is the standard festival-issue Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie. This is neither new nor exciting.
If you’re a beer fan, you might want to stop to check out the returning Parish Brewing Co. Blueberry Mochi Berliner Weisse, or the new beers for 2025: Brewlando Liquid Art Pilsner and Ology Brewing Co. Rainbow Colored Glasses Rainbow Sherbet Berliner.
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s find out if this booth is worth your time.
Eats
As we mentioned, the only food at Refreshment Outpost is the Festival’s longtime Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie.
It feels like we’ve been eating this cookie for years (because we have). It’s a soft chocolate chip cookie made to look like an artist’s paint palette. Cute…but nothing to write home about, though we did find the chocolate to be quite deliciously gooey. It’s a fun treat for the kiddos while the grownups sip on a beer.
That said, we had our own fun “playing with our food this year” by mixing the colors together, creating some greens, purples, oranges, and browns.
Drinks
Returning to the Outpost this year is the Parish Brewing Co. Blueberry Mochi Berliner Weisse.
We checked out this drink last year and called it the ‘sweetest beer we’ve ever had.’
There was a hint of tartness from the berry, but SO much sugary sweetness of mochi. If you’re a regular beer drinker, you might want to skip. But if you’re not a fan of beer, this one might be your drink!
New for 2025 is the Brewlando Liquid Art Pilsner and the Ology Brewing Co. Rainbow Colored Glasses Rainbow Sherbet Berliner.
OVERALL
This is a one-and-done booth, as it were, since — while the beers have their appeal — the main draw is the cookie. And that’s just fine, as the Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie is definitely a fun treat to “play” with as well as chow down on.
That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from!
