General registration for the 2026 Disney World Marathon Weekend officially opens on March 11th, 2025, at 10 AM ET. You don’t want to be late, or you might miss out on your chance!
The 2026 Disney World Marathon Weekend is from January 7th through January 11th. During the weekend, there are four different races: a 5K, a 10K, a half marathon, and a marathon. You can also choose to participate in the Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge, which means completing BOTH the half marathon and marathon in one weekend.

Each race is hosted by an iconic Disney character. The 5K is being hosted by Pluto, the 10K by Chip & Dale, the half marathon by Donald & Daisy, and the marathon by Mickey & Minnie.
