We’ve got some bad merchandise news coming out of Disneyland, and while we hate to tell you this news, it’s important for your vacation budget.
October is typically the season that we see lots of price increases hit Disney parks in the United States, so we’ve been preparing ourselves for the prices to go up on everything from food, to Lightning Lanes, to merchandise, and beyond. Unfortunately, if you were thinking of grabbing yourself a t-shirt on your Disneyland vacation, it looks like it’ll cost you a few dollars more.
Last week when we stopped inside The Emporium, we noticed that the folded t-shirts/the ones displayed on the wall were $25 each when you buy two — like we’ve seen for as long as we can remember. If you only buy one, they’re $29.99.
However, now that price has increased BIG time. Now, when you buy two, they’re $29.99 each, or $32.99 for one! That’s an overall increase of about $10 if you were to buy two, and a $3 increase for individual shirts.
This is one of the largest price increases we’ve seen recently, and we’re concerned it’ll also make its way to Disney World soon. This is only the start of 2026 price hikes, although we know that the Disney Dining Plan in WDW will also see an increase when the new year begins, and we just saw a price increase for Disney’s streaming services late last month.
