Buckle up, folks! An iconic Disneyland attraction is CHANGING!

Disney has just announced that a new miniature of Rapunzel’s Tower from Tangled is coming to the Storybook Land Canal Boats at Disneyland Park, and we’re spilling everything we know so far!
Disney has shared that the new Rapunzel’s Tower will join the Storybook Land Canal Boats during the Disneyland 70th Celebration this winter, though an official date has not yet been revealed.

This new addition will join the miniature homes, villages, and castles from iconic fairytales on the classic Disneyland ride. You’ll be able to spot Rapunzel’s Tower between the Patchwork Quilt and Toad Hall when the attraction reopens this winter.

The Storybook Land Canal Boats have been closed for refurbishment since July 21st, making this a relatively lengthy closure. A reopening date has not yet been confirmed, but we’re looking forward to seeing these changes when the ride reopens later this year.
