CONFIRMED: This Might Be The BEST Holiday Thing You Can Do in a Disney Park

It’s the holidays in Disneyland, and we’ve been enjoying everything the holiday season brings to the parks. We’ve also enjoyed seeing the parks all decorated for the holiday season, the snow on Sleeping Beauty Castle, and eating our way through the Festival of Holidays.

But there’s one holiday activity you might not know about in Disney California Adventure that we wanted to make you aware of. Did you know you can send a letter to Santa in Cars Land? Well, you can!

If you visit Sarge’s Surplus Hut in Cars Land, you’ll spot a little display with a red mailbox next to a little Christmas tree where you can write and send letters to Santa Car. Here’s your chance to get that wishlist to the big guy before Christmas!

There are even little postcards that you can write your letter on, so Santa Car knows they came straight from Cars Land (maybe that gives your letter some priority, right?).

This is Disney, though, so there’s a whole story: the town’s postal trucks can’t deliver Christmas letters to Santa Car because they ran out of fuel! Oh no! But Mater is taking it upon himself to get everyone’s letter to Santa Car, so he’s set up this little spot so he can collect everyone’s letters, and he plans to take them to the North Pole with Lightning McQueen to Santa Car in person.

So when you’ve finished writing your letter, put it in the mailbox so Mater can collect it to take it to Santa Car.

This is a super cute fun activity for kids, but we think adults should totally write letters, too. So be sure to stop by Sarge’s Surplus Hut to get that letter to Santa Car.
