A Special Dining Experience Is Returning to Disney Springs in January

There are so many spectacular places to dine in Disney Springs, and one great option that you may not have tried before is Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante.

If you’re heading to Disney Springs in January 2026, Maria & Enzo’s is hosting an event you may want to check out. The restaurant’s second Aplós Pairing Event will take place on January 9th, and it’s a great option for those who are alcohol-free!

On Friday, January 9th at 7PM, Maria & Enzo’s will host the Aplós Pairing Event, one of what they refer to as a Functional Friday Dinner. This particular event is a “carefully crafted, alcohol-free evening of Italian dishes paired with functional, botanical beverages.”

Aplos ease and arise

Executive Chef Ben Dodaro and Aplós Liquid Creative Director Lynnette Marrero have created the menu to take guests on a “flavorful journey” with Italian-prepared grilled shrimp, house-made pasta, and more. Each dish is served alongside zero-proof Aplós blends. Tickets are limited and start at $75.

This is a great opportunity to celebrate Dry January or to carb-load a bit during the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. It’s not often that we see dining options paired with mocktails in Disney World, so we’re interested to see what the full menu entails.
