Disney World is changing a lot in 2026. Magic Kingdom is expanding, Animal Kingdom is closing a popular land, and Hollywood Studios is developing 2 new areas.

With all of these changes come a lot of closures and construction, which can make navigating the parks feel overwhelming and difficult at times. A lot of these changes can make things temporarily harder, but Disney just made it easier to visit two of their parks in 2026.

In case you missed it, Disney is bringing back its $89 season pass! This seasonal pass gives you access to Disney World’s water parks for a limited time throughout the year. This is a great option for locals who love getting out of the house but don’t want to splurge on a full annual pass. It can also be a nice option for anyone who loves to swim and splash as often as possible.

Disney has two water parks that alternate openings. This pass will give you access to Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon while it’s active. You can buy it now if you’re brave enough to hop in those icy waters. (Yes, Florida does sometimes get cold!) The passes will feature blackout dates from March 28th, 2026, until April 5th, 2026.

The passes cost $89 per adult and $83 per kiddo, and they’re valid until May 9th, 2026. Not only are the passes a fun way to make a splash over and over, but they also come with some serious perks! With the pass, you can get 20% off a cabana when you first arrive at the water park. Don’t wait on this one, though, it’s a walk-up deal only, so when they’re gone — they’re gone!

You can also get a free round of mini golf at either Winter Summerland Miniature Golf, Fantasia Gardens, or Fairways Miniature Golf when you visit before 4 PM, thanks to that little pass. Now this is only one round of golf included in your pass over the season, but we’ll take what we can get!

Right now, Typhoon Lagoon is open and isn’t closing for the season until February 14th, 2026. After that, Blizzard Beach will reopen on February 15, 2026. Luckily, that means you won’t even miss a day of swimming if you don’t want to.
