Packing for Disney World can be overwhelming, so you might be looking for an expert to tell you what to pack in your suitcase.

What are you packing?
I’ve been packing for Disney World for decades, so I keep a pretty regular list of what I pack in my suitcase. That’s when my mom asked me what some essentials to pack are, and I knew I had to share it here as well because we can all use a good reminder on what is important for your Disney World trip.
Get a good sound machine for your hotel room!
The Dreamegg Portable Travel White Noise Machine may look tiny, and like it may not make much of a difference when you’re trying to get the best sleep you can in Disney World, but this thing is tiny but mighty! If you want a truly peaceful night’s sleep, nap, or just a way to rest your eyes, this will make it much easier by masking other noises around you.
These are my go-to park shoes!
I wear my Hoka Clifton 10s all day at the parks and my feet feel so much better. These are lightweight, but very supportive. When you’re walking miles and miles around all day, you need shoes that are going to last you and these do that.
We love organizing our Disney pins like this.
Our PinFolio Go Pin Bag is the perfect way to organize all of your Disney pins in one place. This enamel case lets you store and display up to 40 1-inch pins while providing you with the comforting knowledge that your pins are safe.
Make sure to pack your sunscreen!
The Shiseido Clear Sunscreen Stick is for the adult who wants to reapply without looking like a grease puff. Now for the grown-up park bag hero. This is a clear, broad-spectrum sunscreen stick that the brand says can be reapplied anytime, anywhere, over or under makeup, with a lightweight and invisible finish for all skin types.
Don’t forget UV protective clothing!
The sun is strong at Disney World and using UV protected clothing, like this Baleaf Women’s Top, can really make a difference. This UPF 50+ sun shirt blocks UV rays with exceptionally lightweight and breathable fabric. The advanced moisture-wicking technology helps keep you dry and comfortable during activities, preventing sweat-sticking issues.
Don’t forget a hat to protect your face!
Using a hat or visor like this Adult Mouse Ears Visor is great for keeping the sun out of your face. This is the best of both worlds — Minnie Ears and a visor all in one! The curved brim of womens visor hats block the harsh sunlight while protecting the entire face from UV rays.
We all need a good park bag for essentials.
Looking for a small bag to carry around the park while staying organized? This ODODOS Daily Sling Bag is for you! We’ll let you know right now, it’s definitely worth the money. The bag is small but somehow SO roomy. There are 3 pockets to use — a main pocket, a smaller inner pocket that doesn’t zip, and a tiny front pocket. The straps are also adjustable, and there’s a small pocket on the back.
Stay hydrated with a refillable water bottle
Staying hydrated at Disney World is essential so we recommend using a refillable water bottle like this Owala one! We have tested the Owala bottle in the parks and it keeps our water cool. It’s also not super heavy to carry around — plus this one is Rapuzel themed so it’s great for Disney World.
Don’t forget the Tylenol!
You will be walking a lot more than normal on your Disney trip so it’s important to bring some medication with you like Tylenol. We love throwing a travel sized bottle in our park bag for emergencies.
Don’t be caught off guard with back pain!
Speaking of pain management, these Pain Relieving Patches can come in handy! They come in a pack of 6 and are good for 8 hours. They are made to help with back, shoulder, neck, and joint pain.
Stay cool with this portable fan.
The JISULIFE 3-in-1 Handheld Mini Fan has come in handy for us while in the parks. It might be small, but it’s mighty at keeping us cool. It also can be used as a portable power bank and a flashlight.
Stay in the shade with this UV umbrella.
We’ve tried the BAODINI Travel Essentials Mini Umbrella on some of the hottest days of the year and are NOT JOKING when we say it drops the temperature underneath it by 5-10 degrees instantly.
Keep your hotel organized with these hampers!
I love an organized hotel room while I’m on vacation and using pop up hampers really helps! I love that they can fold up and fit in my suitcase. This can also help me carry all of our laundry to the machines at the hotel.
And finally, these Command Strips can come in handy!
To help with organization, these Command Hooks can help you hang items like your hat, jackets, and more in your hotel room. This comes with 7 large wall hooks and 12 Command Strips to secure them. The brand claims to be damage free so you don’t have to worry.
