Tiana’s Famous Beignets — Golden Oak Outpost
Mosey on over to Frontierland to get Tiana’s Famous Beignets from now until March 1st! These croissant-style beignets are served with a dusting of powdered sugar and a side of strawberry sauce.

The new Butter Pecan Praline Sundae serves up butter pecan ice cream topped with praline sauce, spiced pecans, and whipped cream.

Fried Green Tomato BLT Sandwich and the Sweet Potato Pie — Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe
Fried Green Tomato BLT Sandwich and the Sweet Potato Pie. The sandwich is made of fried green tomatoes with lettuce, bacon, and bacon-pimento spread served with house-made chips for $10.99.
For something sweet, the Sweet Potato Pie comes topped with toasted marshmallow cream and candied pecans (however, ours was missing the candied pecans). We picked this one up for $5.99.

Peach Cobbler — Pinocchio Village Haus
You can pick up some Peach Cobbler for the celebration! This version presents cinnamon panna cotta, peach cobbler, brown sugar streusel, and whipped cream with a Tiana chocolate piece for decoration.

HOORAY!!! The awesome Mardi Gras Milk Shake has returned for Celebrate Soulfully! This decadent cinnamon-vanilla milk shake is topped with a Mardi Gras king cake doughnut.

Sweet Potato Lunch Box Tart — Woody’s Lunch Box
Also back for the celebration is the Sweet Potato Lunch Box Tart. This twist on the classic lunch box tart is made with cinnamon-brown sugar icing, toasted marshmallows, and pecans.
You’ll find it for $4.79 in Toy Story Land at Woody’s Lunch Box.

Gumbo — ABC Commissary
Searching for something savory? A hearty bowl of Gumbo can be enjoyed at Hollywood Studios (perfect for the cooler temps around this time of year… YES, even in Florida!). Chicken, andouille sausage, okra, and seasonings are simmered in chicken stock and served over rice.
It’s up for grabs at ABC Commissary once again this year for $10.99.

Hummingbird Cake — The Artist’s Table (Festival of the Arts Food Studio)
The EPCOT Festival of the Arts is in full swing, and one of the event’s Food Studios is serving up Hummingbird Cake: Banana and pecan cake dipped in cream cheese icing with caramel sauce and warm pineapple compote. It’s our favorite thing at this particular booth!

Banana Pudding — Regal Eagle Smokehouse
The Banana Pudding is back in The American Adventure Pavilion! This treat has been available on and off for a while now, and every once in a while, Disney gives it a little Tiana-inspired makeover with some decor on top. (We saw the white chocolate decor added last year for both World Princess Week and Black History Month.)
It’s $5.99 at Regal Eagle Smokehouse.

Half-Note Float — Fife & Drum Tavern
The Half Note Float is back in The American Adventure Pavilion! Here, we’ve got layered strawberry Fanta, lemonade, blue raspberry Fanta slushy, and vanilla ice cream. The whole thing is topped with white chocolate artwork from Disney’s movie Soul.

Peach Cobbler Mini Cake — Dino-Bite Snacks
The Peach Cobbler Mini Cake was inspired by a recipe featured in What Mrs. Fisher Knows About Old Southern Cooking, the first cookbook by an African American author. It is made of vanilla cake, cinnamon-caramel-peach filling, and oat streusel topping served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Celebrate Soulfully Cupcake — Pizzafari and Restaurantosaurus
The Celebrate Soulfully Cupcake is back this year! It’s a vanilla cake with bananas foster filling, vanilla marshmallow buttercream, a Joe Gardner (from Pixar’s Soul) white chocolate medallion, and edible paper music notes with multi-color crispy pearls.

Joffrey’s in The Landing at Disney Springs is now offering limited-time coffee art and flavors as part of Celebrate Soulfully.
This month only, you can get Princess Tiana art on top of your coffee! This location is also offering Jazzy Java flavored coffee for a limited time.

All-Star Resorts
At World Premiere Food Court, Intermission Food Court, and End Zone Food Court (the Food Courts at the All-Star Resorts), you can find the returning Banana Pudding Cheesecake. It’s banana cheesecake with vanilla pudding and vanilla wafer crust!
Disney shares that “Assistant Sous Chef Janell Wright drew inspiration from her Jamaican roots and time living in the U.S., where she developed a fondness for banana pudding. Janell took these classic dessert flavors and infused them into a special cheesecake topped with a Mickey garnish, a special nod to Janell’s dream of working for Disney coming true.”

Among the items you can choose off the menu at the new Tiana’s Palace are the House-filled Beignet featuring lemon ice box pie filling topped with lemon glaze!
You can try the 7 Greens Gumbo with Chicken & Andouille Sausage (pictured) with white beans, okra, yams, sweet potatoes, and heirloom rice, or the plant-based version of the 7 Greens Gumbo with White beans, okra, yams, sweet potatoes, and heirloom rice.
Don’t miss the Beef Po’boy Sandwich! It’s slow-cooked beef in gravy dressed with shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle, and mayonnaise on a toasted New Orleans French bread and served with red beans and rice and house-made pickles.
