Folks with a dino-sized appetite should stop at Restaurantosaurus for a quick ‘dig’ into good eats!
Fitting in with the wonderfully kitschy DinoLand U.S.A. theme, this counter service spot in Animal Kingdom not only offers tasty standards (like burgers, salads, and chicken nuggets) but also provides unique theming.
While the menu is fairly simple, the setting is anything but! As the story goes, Paleontology students turned their home base into a restaurant and now you get to peruse all their cool props and equipment (complete with plenty of sight gags and punny humor) while you eat. Seriously, take some time to do a little “research” of your own by exploring all the fun little details before or after your meal.
And guess what? The Restaurantosaurus Lounge is also tucked into this Counter Service location! Small bites and cocktails are served up in a surprisingly relaxing little corner of this otherwise bustling spot. Hours can be limited, but you’ll find a sign posted outside of the the restaurant letting you know when it’s an option. Cheers!
