Hey, friends! It’s a jungle out there with all the tasty new Halloween goodies that keep popping up at Disney World!
And we just set our sights on another one today that you’ll want to add to your spooky treat list!
A new Halloween Cupcake has swooped into Restaurantosaurus at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
The Halloween Cupcake features a chocolate cake and is STUFFED with a rich, dark chocolate mousse! The cake was pure chocolate yumminess thanks to its great soft texture. And the mousse wasn’t too sweet, but it was very rich and tasty instead!
The Cast Member snagged ours from the back of the cooler, so it was nice and cold — which is our preferred cupcake temperature…but maybe that’s just us!
It realllllly helped that ours still had a nice chill to it because otherwise, it would have toppled over in the Florida heat! Just look at HUGE pile of buttercream! Too much buttercream, perhaps? Um, no. You can never have too MUCH buttercream! 🙂
We had to gobble up our little chocolate bat friend because he too was quickly succumbing to the heat! And the spooky ghost sprinkles made this treat look AS GOOD as it TASTES!
Make sure you fly over to Restaurantosaurus to nab your Halloween Cupcake for $5.99 before it flies away! And while you’re there, check out some of the other great Halloween stuff we spotted at Animal Kingdom — including this Purple Cauldron Popcorn Bucket!!!

Looks. Is there cookies or sprinkles in the icing?
DFB Sarah says
Beth, there are sprinkles and some (maybe) food coloring splatters on the outside of the frosting. There’s nothing mixed into the buttercream, though.
