Get a scoop if:
You want hard-packed ice cream. This is IT, friends. This is the ONLY ice cream spot in all of Hollywood Studios that offers hard-packed ice cream. So if you’re sick of soft serve, come this way!
You want an over-the-top seasonal treat. Hollywood Scoops LOVES to celebrate the season with limited-time loaded shakes and sundaes. Check and see what’s available next time you’re here!
You need a reward for your kiddo who braved Tower of Terror. Hollywood Scoops is steps away from Tower of Terror. So if your kiddo finally got up the courage to brave this haunted drop tower attraction, consider rewarding them with a little sweet treat after!
Skip a scoop if:
You’re looking for Mickey waffles. Yes, Hollywood Scoops used to serve Mickey waffles in the morning. But that’s no longer the case. Now, you’ll find them over at Fairfax Fare during breakfast.
You didn’t read the fine print. Oftentimes, Hollywood Scoops will release limited-time shakes and sundaes that ONLY Annual Passholders will be able to order. Before you get in line for something, make sure the treat you’re wanting to get isn’t an AP exclusive. (Unless, that is, you ARE an AP. Then, by all means, order away!)
The seasonal option isn’t going to hit. Sometimes, we find Hollywood Scoops’ seasonal options to be more style than substance — making it GREAT for the Instagram pic, but less great for your taste buds.
