Stop by this Discovery Island restaurant if…
You have kids or picky eaters in your party. This is crowd-pleasing simple food that everyone will enjoy.
You want to be immersed. When you walk into Pizzafari, you’re hit with color, animal details, and intriguing murals everywhere. Kids will love finding their favorite animals on the wall, and it makes for a fantastic background for photos.
You’re trying to feed a group on a budget. The prices here are very fair for Disney, and the pizzas (especially with the side salad) are easily shareable.
Pass up this restaurant if…
You’re craving GOOD pasta. The pasta (especially gnocchi when served here) is one of the worst things we’ve eaten in Disney World, and we eat a LOT. You’ll want to visit a Table Service restaurant like Trattoria al Forno or Topolino’s Terrace to satisfy that craving.
You want a higher quality meal. Pizzafari gets the job done, but it’s not going to wow you. With incredible Quick Service spots like Satu’li Canteen and Flame Tree Barbecue, your money is better spent elsewhere (that is if you’re up for trying something new!).
You want a relaxing meal in Animal Kingdom. This is a popular restaurant for groups with kiddos, and it can get loud in here. It doesn’t set the tone for a relaxing meal; however, if you want something quick, it doesn’t get much faster and easier than this! Order your meal on Mobile Order or walk up to the counter, and your meal will be out in minutes.
