On June 25th, 2026, a fire broke out in the kitchen of Bourbon Steak – A Michael Mina Restaurant at the Dolphin Hotel. While it didn’t do any damage to the hotel itself, it had a pretty big impact on the restaurant. We stopped by the hotel yesterday and found the restaurant reopened!
