Fairfax Fare
In the ominous shadow of the Tower of Terror sits a bright, open-air quick service restaurant, Fairfax Fare. Enjoy a hearty barbecue meal in the style of a California outdoor market, while you hear the distant screams of guests on an elevator ride gone awry. Only in Hollywood!
During breakfast hours, Fairfax Fare offers hot breakfast sandwichs and several other quick options to prepare hungry guests for an exciting day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Fairfax Fare is the dining option located closest to two of the Studio’s most popular attractions, Tower of Terror and Rock n’ Roller Coaster; making it convenient to get your Fast Passes and breakfast in the same area. During lunch and dinner hours, Fairfax Fare offers hearty barbecue specialties like St. Louis ribs, chicken, or beef brisket with sides of baked beans and coleslaw. Children have the option of PB&J or mac & cheese. This counter service location does not offer any vegetarian options on the posted menu. - If it’s raining, or really hot out, the Fairfax Fare seating area offers little protection from the elements. Some tables have canvas umbrellas over them, while some are in an open-air pergola.
