Update December 2011:
Cava has re-done the menu yet again, bringing back several old favorites! Check out the most recent La Cava del Tequila appetizer menu here.
___
There have been a few changes made to the menu over at La Cava del Tequila in Walt Disney World’s Epcot Mexico pavilion over the past few months, but your favorites are likely still there!
The biggest difference? Many of the original appetizers that were on the menu when La Cava opened are now gone. For apps, you’re limited to Chips and Guacamole, Chips and Salsa, or Shrimp Cocktail.
The great margaritas and the tequila flight are still on board, however, so when it comes to spirits, you’re well taken care of!
To see the current menu, check out our La Cava del Tequila Menu page!

Hmm, that’s a shame. Nothing wrong with chips and salsa, but the apps they used to have were pretty tasty.
I suspect pricing might have played a role. They were a little spendy for the amount of food you were getting (even by theme-park standards).
Oh well, as long as the tequila and margaritas are still good, I’m in! 🙂
They also added a little over a month ago chips & queso. There’s a picture of it in the photo stream 🙂
If you go to their website, the chips & queso is still listed as an option.
I agree–a darn shame. In December, we hopped in for drinks before dinner, but we were looking forward to returning for a light lunch in October!
Earlier this week Disney Parks Blog posted that there is a new menu at San Angel Inn. I would imagine that there is a correlation between that post and this post. New chef perhaps?
Boohoo! The taquitos that used to be on the menu were delish and just the right portion size for a mid-afternoon snack!
I was just there the weekend of the 4th, and my group and I ordered chips and queso! I asked the server if they had any other menu options and he brought us some tasty crab tostadas.
So I’d just ask : )
