The DFB Mini-Guide to Magic Kingdom Snacks e-Book is packed with salty, savory and sweet munchies that make a day at the Magic Kingdom even more memorable! You know how much I love food-inspired crawls, so today I’d like to share with you the details of the I Heart Mickey Snack Crawl we developed for our Magic Kingdom Snacks guidebook.
I can’t promise that you’ll run into Mickey Mouse during this icon-enriched tour, yet you can honor our favorite mouse by feasting on these Mickey-shaped treats in the Magic Kingdom!
Here we go…
Mickey Waffle
Travel to your starting point — Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square — to enjoy the ever popular Mickey Waffle. We’re going for the plate-sized Mickey waffle, here; and this is one of the only places in the World you can get them!
Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar
Next up, we’ve got another iconic snack for you! Head to any treat cart in the Magic Kingdom to revel in the Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar! Go ahead and get one of your own — decadent vanilla ice cream covered in a chocolate shell. This snack is a Disney rite of passage!
Mickey Rice Krispie Treat
Now it’s time to journey to the Frontierland Prairie Outpost and Supply to pick up a famous Mickey-shaped Rice Krispie treat! It’s your choice whether you select one that is plain or covered in chocolate. Either way, we think you’ll enjoy this fun snack!
Mickey Coconut Patties
Our last stop is at the front of the park for a serious cult favorite. Go to the Confectionery and grab some Mickey-shaped, chocolate-covered coconut patties! Coconut-loving guests can’t pass these up, and they’re perfect to bring home in your carry-on as a reminder of your fantastic Disney vacation (or as a treat for the classroom or office)!
Let us know if you take this Mickey-Shaped Crawl in the Magic Kingdom with your family! We can’t wait to hear all about it. And don’t forget — feel free to add in your own Mickey-shaped snacks when you find them!
There are lots more crawls, bonus items, and over 70 detailed snack reviews in the new Mini-Guide. The colorful photos on every page are deliciously inviting too!

I actually got the coconut treat for my carry-on and enjoyed them on the way home last weekend. I had never seen them before! So yummy!!!!
I think might have to do the same and get some of those coconut treats for the trip home.. i love coconut and we will be on the dining plan so it would be a perfect way to use up any extra snack credits! Great crawl! thanks!
I like the idea of this crawl, has an old school feeling to it 🙂
The Mickey waffle is terrific! Never seen it in Paris Disneyland.
the coconut treat looks really good.. and i should be ashamed to say i have never had a mickey ice cream… sorry….
I love this idea to eat only Mickey shaped food! Every time I visit I always have to bring back the coconut patties home for my sister so they are always a must buy anyway.
Love this crawl!
Great idea! I have one on my list, though, that you forgot! Finish it up with the Mickey shaped pretzel over in Adventure land. I haven’t had one yet, but it’s on my list.
Also adding the coconut Mickeys to my list. Never had one of those and LOVE coconut!
How about the Mickey shaped pretzels? Or were those for a limited time only at MK?
Didn’t realize they served Mickey waffles there. Always bi-passed this spot but will make it a must on my next trip.
Funnel cakes from sleepy hollow – when they don’t over cook them. We get them near closing to sit and watch the parade. As a disabled vet we manage to get the reserved parade viewing location on the bridge.
