Yep, in addition New cone sandwiches were recently spotted at Min & Bill’s Dockside Diner at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World.

After debuting in Disney California Adventure at the Cozy Cone Motel last year, the portable, almost-handwich cone sandwiches have now popped up at Disney World in a big way! First, we reviewed the Meatball Cone at Downtown Disney, and now there are even more to choose from!
The cone sandwich trend has made its way to Disney’s Hollywood Studios with three NEW menu items to choose from at Min & Bill’s Dockside Diner.

Bread Cone choices include: Sausage, Marinara, and Mozzarella; Cajun Shrimp Salad; and Chicken, Bacon, and Avocado Salad! Each bread cone is served with chips.

It looks like the Chicken Caesar Sandwich didn’t survive the new menu changes, however the Frankfurter in a Pretzel Roll and Italian Sausage are still being offered.

I may be alone in this opinion but they cone options just look sort of gross and unappetizing. I guess I just really don’t understand the appeal lol
Frustrating that there are no vegetarian ones, yet. I want to try the handwich! Shrimp salad on a hot Fl day just sounds awful. fingers crossed for a veggie one soon!
I was soooo jealous when I read about these being in Cali…now all of my handwich dreams have come true! Making it my personal mission to try each one in a few months.

Courtney — What a great point! I think it would be easy for them to introduce a veggie cone salad. Some of the salads they have at Backlot Express and ABC Commissary would be perfect in a bread cone.

These make total sense in Cars Land at DCA, with the Cozy Cone theme. But they just don’t make sense to me at MGM.
I think these sound great! Something different ! Chicken bacon avocado is right up my alley!
We tried Min & Bill’s on our last trip for the first time. Sorry to hear that the Chicken Caser Sandwich is gone. It was very good. Looking forward to trying the Chicken Bacon Avocado. Also love the term “handwich”!
I agree they seem a little gross to me too. The meatball one and the sausage not so much but the shrimp salad and the chicken salad… yuck. I think putting a chicken Cesar salad in a cone wouldn’t be a bad idea though! And breakfast comes! I’m dying to try that!

I’d love to see a veggie one too – they could do a fab Greek salad with Feta cheese, or a great veggie chili & rice cone (like the veg. chili at Columbia Harbor House – good stuff). O something fun like red pepper, hummus & halloumi would rock too.
Avocado??? Seriously?? That sandwich needs cheese not avocado!!!
Since sandwiches are my favorite food (:-)) I can’t wait to try them.
I love that all these cones are popping up at WDW, but this isn’t the first time food has been served in bread cones at the park. When Hollywood Studios first opened, I recall one of my favorite foods ever at the parks–it was a chicken salad in a bread cone. The chicken salad was the best I ever tasted, filled with chicken, grapes, celery and walnuts. When I returned a few years later it was gone. That’s one cone-food I wish they’d bring back!
Meh. These do not sound or look appealing at all to me. They look messy to eat as well. I am just not getting the waffle sandwich idea or the cone sandwich theme.
Pretty disappointed to see they removed the Chicken Caesar Sandwich from the menu. I got to try it during SWW and it was the perfect lunch to have when dealing with the crowds while still being able to walk around. I’m hoping they bring it back because cone sandwiches do nothing for me, lol.
Intellectually, I understand that this is the same idea as, say, a hot dog or a wrap of some stripe, which in turn is the same thing as a sandwich. But this does not do a thing for me.

I was in Hollywood Studios just a week ago and tried the Chicken, Bacon and Avocado Cone. It was really good and not at all hard to eat…I picked up a fork but didn’t need it. Be prepared that it is a chicken salad, chunks of chicken in a avocado/mayo dressing with bacon on the top. Not what I was expecting but still very good! They are a surprisingly easy way to eat something yummy and keep walking around the park.
Does not look to appetizing, but you never know. May give it a try in September when I come back
They are no longer offering these which I thought sounded wonderful. 🙁
