Are you — like us! — among those who are really excited for Jaleo by Chef José Andrés to open in Disney Springs?
The listings are fairly extensive, so let’s dive right in! (Note that you can click on any of the images below to enlarge for easier reading.)
Buen Provecho translates to “enjoy your meal.” And the main menu begins with Meal Starters including cheese and meat dishes with more and varying tapas.
“Slurping is allowed” when it comes to the Soups and Salads!
Veggies include a wide range from Stewed Vegetables with a fried egg to Canary Islands-style wrinkled baby potatoes with a green and red mojo and beyond.
The subtitle for the fried items — Frituras — reflect the Chef’s sense of humor with the message: “Frying is overrated, Yeah right!”
Sandwiches include a “Spanish mini burger made from the legendary acorn-fed, black-footed ibérico pigs of Spain and ibérico bacon.”
It looks like seafood fans will have plenty to choose from, too.
Carnes selections feature chicken, a house-made pork sausage, grilled hangar steak, rabbit confit, and more.
Large Plates will serve two or more guests.
So will the Chef’s well-known Paella and Rice dishes.
The Chef’s Tasting Menu is listed for availability starting at 4:00 PM and up to 45 minutes prior to closing.
The Kids’ Menu features primarily Spanish cuisine, but you’ll also find items like traditional chicken fritters (Criquetas de Pollo) as an option.
Alcoholic beverages will feature a range of Cocktails, draft and bottled beer, Gin & Tonis, and, of course, Sangria!
Sodas from Spain will be served alongside House-Made Sodas.
And lastly, here is a look at the Wine menu!
We can’t wait to bring you more information about Jaleo as soon as it’s revealed, so stay tuned!
