We took the yoga class at the Contemporary last April. It was the PERFECT way to start the day, with the sun coming up over Bay Lake. It was a gentle class, and the instructor was fabulous. We told the kids to meet us in the lobby a half hour later had a great breakfast, and went all day at Magic Kingdom without any achey muscles. We had a thank you note waiting for us at the end if the day, thanking us for going. A great experience!
