Ice Cream Scoop Shop is known for unique flavors of handmade, small batch ice cream utilizing local, organic, and sustainable ingredients.
They’re also known for mixing things up with fun seasonal flavors! The May flavors you’ll currently find at the Downtown Disney District location in Disneyland Resort include Arbequina Olive Oil, Pear & Blue Cheese (which is usually exclusive to the Portland Salt & Straw scoop shops), and Skittles Rainbow Sherbet!
Note that these flavors are all part of the “Ice Cream Cookbook Series.” That’s right… in case you missed it, the Salt & Straw Ice Cream Cookbook was just released on April 30th (read more about it here)! And a Book Tour celebrating the release will bring founders and cousins Kim and Tyler Malek to the Downtown Disney location on May 15th if you’d like to grab a copy and say hello yourself.
