Lots of new treats have made their way to Jolly Holiday in Disneyland this past week. And if you know us, you know we had to try them all!
When we were there a few days ago we tried the new chocolate-potato-chip donut. And today, we’re reviewing three more treats…and they’re all inspired by beloved Disney characters!
You can now get a Goofy cookies ‘n milk macaron, a Tinkerbell coconut cheesecake, and a Steamboat Willie cupcake.
Let’s kick the reviews off with the Goofy cookies ‘n milk macaron. This is a classic macaron with edible cookie dough and “milk” panna cotta. We loved the bright orange and blue colors along with the fun green Goofy hat made out of white chocolate!
We really enjoyed the cookie dough part, but I mean how could you not? Edible cookie dough is the BEST, and this version is done well! The outer portion of the treat tasted like nothing more than a standard macaron.
It was the “milk” that kind of got us… . It tasted super artificial and had a weird slimy consistency. You know we’re not all fans of panna cotta around here at DFB, and this was not a good version of the custard-y dessert.
Overall, our taste-testers weren’t too fond of this new treat, despite the great cookie dough addition, and said they prefer the raspberry rose Mickey macaron. The Goofy cookies ‘n milk macaron is $5.99 at Jolly Holiday before a discount and should only be around for a limited time.
What do you think about the new Goofy cookies ‘n milk macaron? Give it a try and let us know what you thought!

I agree with you about the milk panna cotta feeling slimy and odd tasting but having a delicious cookie dough filling. However, the macaroon has been pulled from the shelves the last few days due to issues with the decorations.
