Since the announcement of a one-of-a-kind Rise of the Resistance attraction in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, we’ve been on the lookout for more glimpses into the ride. During yesterday’s D23 Expo presentation, we spotted some new peeks into Rise of the Resistance in a Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge promo video — and we grabbed some screenshots to share with you!

As dramatic music plays, Vi Moradi speaks in a voiceover, discussing the rise of the First Order and declaring, “the Resistance needs your help!” We see scenes of Stormtroopers standing in formation with views of the galaxy behind them.

Vi Moradi continues, thanking riders for “joining the cause” as the exposition of the attraction gives way to what appears to be some pretty intense conflict.

We see flashes of the ride vehicle (we shared close-up pics of the ride vehicle here!), two massive At-Ats, and (of course) more Stormtroopers.

Rise of the Resistance is set to open in Walt Disney World on December 5 and in Disneyland Park on January 17, so we’ll have to remain vigilant and ready to join forces in a matter of months!
