It’s a jolly holiday (season) at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure!
The West Coast is celebrating in STYLE for the most wonderful time of year, with festive and cheery decorations adorning every corner of the park! We’ve already seen the Christmas tree go up in Disneyland, and preparations underway for Festival of Holidays, but now even MORE cheery decor is going up!
You don’t need to go any further than the entrance to start seeing the holiday magic here at Disneyland! The front gate looks like a winter wonderland, complete with beautiful snowflakes!
Once inside, you’ll spot this ABSOLUTELY GIANT Christmas tree, surrounded by a garden of stunning poinsettias. We’re pretty sure we could spend hours looking at all the ornaments hanging on this tree!
Just LOOK at those beautiful poinsettias, which are about the most bright and cheery flower imaginable around this time of year!
There are SO many details to these decorations – even the lamp posts are decked out in their holiday best!
We don’t even have words, except for “Where can we get one of these holiday wreaths for ourselves?”! The white tinsel is filled with neon baubles and decorations that are so unique! This one was hanging near it’s a small world (recognize the Canadian Mountie?!).
Cars Land has always been SO impressive with theming, so we’re not surprised at all that Radiator Springs is EXTRA festive! Flo’s V8 Cafe has strung up some “homemade” garland, which looks to be made with — what else — car parts!
The Cozy Cone Motel across the street is looking extra bright and cheery! They’ve decorated their lawn with colorful floral stars!
And, of course, Radiator Springs needed its own Christmas tree! This one is cleverly made with LOTS of Route 66 signs!
Heading over to New Orleans Square there is some seriously eye-catching decor! It’s definitely getting us in the mood to celebrate!
Just when you think you’ve spotted them all, there are MORE ornaments, garland, or other festive decorations! We love these Santa ornaments hung throughout the Mardi Gras beads!
We never thought we’d say this about a lamp post, but we HEART this lamp post in New Orleans Square. What a show-stopper!
We are suckers for huge tinsel garland, so this Christmas tree in Disney’s California Adventure Park is a definite favorite!
Do we need to start a Pinterest board for lamp post decoration inspo?! Because we have a lot to work with from the folks at Disneyland! The white tinsel here in California Adventure is adorned with colorful baubles and a metallic gold bow.
It’s a small world always has some of our favorite holiday decorations, and this year is no exception! The smiling clock gets a Santa hat for the holiday season, and it just looks right!
If we do say so ourselves, Disneyland has done a fabulous job of decking the halls this holiday season!

I was disappointed with the decor this year 😔 a lot of the park seemed left out of the holiday spirit. Are they ever going to bring back jingle cruise?
